Love your feet!

They are the most important part to any of the Miss Pole classes and the part of us that is the most neglected. They are always sore after class for those sexy high heels we love so much. For starters look into heels that you feel comfortable and stable in for class, you don’t want your feet sliding around much but you don’t want the straps biting into your skin too tightly. Unfortunately, some of the sexiest heels tend to be the least padded and foot friendly.

Easy solve: head out to your neighborhood store or go online to a pole dance/dance site and look into the many different shoe pads.

Are bottoms of your feet feeling worn out? There are gel pads for the ball of your feet to redistribute the pressure over the foot evenly, these feel like a little massage on your feet when you walk with them. They also come in high heel inserts where there is gel at the ball and heel of your foot.
If the straps are rubbing uncomfortably on your feet while you move around look into mole skin, cloth tape, or anything you can cut down to line the inside painful areas of your straps with. Band-Aid Active-Flex Blister Block is a stick you rub into your foot to protect against rubbing.
If you have closed toe shoes where the heel is rubbing the back painfully, there are gel inserts to help your foot stay in place better for less rubbing and have a softer surface to move against.

Happy feet mean better classes ;) I myself am a huge fan of the high heel inserts with the thick gel at the ball and heel of my foot. What have you done to help make your shoes class ready?
