Healthy Tuesday
Bath Time!
We are all hardworking women at home, at work, and of course in class. It’s time to give in to the almighty tub! Your muscles need a soak at the least every other week; don’t have time? Make time ;)
Creating your best bubble bath:
Step 1: get your favorite soap or bubble bath liquid and get that warm water going with suds. I love the cupcake stuff by Ulta. Nom nom nom!
Step 2: set up some relaxing music to listen to while you’re having tub time. I am a huge fan of Enigma!
Step 3: dim your light or grab some candles, it’s time to get romantic and calming with yourself. I’m huge on scented candles; lavender is great from calming and relaxation.
Step 4: Get it and enjoy!
Why take the time? Because your inner Goddess deserves it! (Yeah, I just made a 50 shades of grey reference. lol) Plus, we work our muscles so hard in class it’s time we give back to them for all the hard work they do for us.
